Prosser Hallock was the sole general engineering consultant for Jacksonville Aviation Authority for 12 years serving all four of their airports – Jacksonville International Airport, Craig Airport, Cecil Field and Herlong Airport. Prosser Hallock provided a wide variety of professional services during our tenure including airfield engineering, environmental permitting, master planning, evaluations and reports, final design and construction documents, bidding, construction administration and inspection, land planning and entitlement services, utility engineering and maintenance programming, transportation analysis and roadway design, hangar and terminal building design and navigational aids.

Accomplishments include:

• Managed over 80 million dollars in construction projects

• JIA field change order rate less than 1 percent (0.76%)

• Professional fees for JIA projects less than 7.5% of construction conceptual planning

Approved Development of Regional Impact(DRI) for:

• 7,900 Acres

• 60 Gates

• 5,500,000 sf Light Industrial

• 300,000 sf Retail

• 2000´ extension of runway 7-25 to qualify for international flights
