McCoy’s Creek Greenway

Prosser Hallock led the development and evaluation of greenway alternatives based on physical, social and economic opportunities and constraints. As part of an effort to define a “green belt” in Jacksonville, this project required exceptional design work and considerable coordination with multiple public agencies and with the already established Brooklyn Master Plan.
